The flange of SC-UERF is designed to attach to your vacuum chamber easily. High insulation effect of vacuum structure make strict temperature control possible. Mount part for cooling head is also installed.

The fan is optimally integrated with cooler body, that becomes a heat source. You can flexibly design heat management of your system with separately prepared Driver PCB that becomes another heat source.
