  • The flange of SC-UERF is designed to attach to your vacuum chamber easily. High insulation effect of vacuum structure make strict temperature control possible. Mount part for cooling head is also installed.

  • The fan is optimally integrated with cooler body, that becomes a heat source. You can flexibly design heat management of your system with separately prepared Driver PCB that becomes another heat source.
